Refund Policy
Templates are downloadable files, so we cannot take one back once you have it. What we can do is make it right when a kit is broken, misdescribed, or charged twice.

When we refund
The file is faulty — it will not import, the download is corrupt, or the kit is missing pages the product page said it included.
The product was materially misdescribed. If what you downloaded is not what the screenshots and specs showed, that is on us.
You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after a failed checkout. We refund the duplicate without argument.
You bought All Access while already holding it. Tell us and we will refund the second payment.
When we usually cannot
You downloaded the kit and simply changed your mind, or bought the wrong one. The file cannot be un-downloaded, which is why every product page carries a live demo link and a full specification — please use them before buying.
Your site does not meet the kit's requirements. Each product lists the plugins it needs, and whether Elementor Pro is required, on its page under Template specs.
You wanted the template to do something it never claimed to do, or you need custom development. We are glad to advise, but that is not a fault in the product.
None of this displaces any statutory right you have where you live. If your local consumer law gives you a stronger right to cancel, that law wins.
Try before you buy
Every paid template has a Live demo link on its product page showing the real, working site. The gallery shows every page in the kit at full height, so you can read the actual layouts rather than a cropped thumbnail.
There are also 50 free templates built exactly the same way. If you are unsure whether our kits suit how you work, download one first — it costs nothing and tells you more than any refund policy can.
How to ask
Email info@wpnexa.com with your order number — it is on your invoice, in the form WPN-2026-0001 — and a sentence about what went wrong. A screenshot or the error text helps us fix it faster.
We aim to reply within two business days. Where a refund is due we issue it to the original PayPal account; how quickly it appears after that is up to PayPal and your bank.
Refunding an order revokes what it granted, so the template returns to a locked state on your account. If the problem was a broken file, we would usually rather fix the file and keep you as a customer — just tell us which you would prefer.
