Who you are dealing with

WPNexa Templates, based in Kolkata, India. You can reach us at info@wpnexa.com for anything at all — billing, licensing, or a template that will not import.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Your account

You need an account to download anything, including free templates, and you need to confirm your email address before you can download or buy. That confirmation step is what stops one address being used to farm the library.

Keep your login details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account that is being used to redistribute template files, to abuse the download limits, or to defraud us. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

What you are buying

Every product on WPNexa is a digital Elementor template kit — a zip file you download and import into your own WordPress site. Nothing physical is shipped and nothing is hosted for you.

A single template is $14. All Access is a one-time $149 payment that unlocks the whole library, including templates we release later. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

All Access downloads are capped at 20 templates a day. This is a fair-use limit to stop bulk scraping, not a restriction on how many templates you may ultimately use. Re-downloading something you already took that day does not count again.

Templates are built for Elementor on WordPress. Each product page lists the pages included and the plugins required. Please check those before buying — we cannot make a kit work on a site that does not meet its requirements.

How you may use the templates

Your licence is set out in full on our License page, and it is deliberately generous: build unlimited sites, including paid client work, and modify anything you like.

What you may not do is resell, redistribute or share the template files themselves, bundle them into a competing product, or share your account with people outside your licence.

The templates, and the site itself, remain our intellectual property. Buying one grants you the licence described — it does not transfer ownership of the design.

Payment

Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the entitlements it granted may be revoked.

Where tax applies to your purchase we will show it before you pay. At present no tax is added at checkout, and your invoice says so.

Things we do not promise

We aim to keep the site available and the downloads working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Elementor, WordPress and the third-party plugins our kits rely on are outside our control and change on their own schedules.

Templates are provided as they are. We do not promise a template will suit a particular purpose, rank in search, or work with every plugin combination. What we do promise is that if a file is broken or not as described, we will fix it or refund you — see the Refund Policy.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with WPNexa is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata have jurisdiction. None of that removes any consumer rights you have where you live.
